21" Bahco Bowsaw

Another high quality product from Swedish designers Bahco, this  lightweight yet heavy duty 21" Bahco bow saw is a great tool for all round use.

 This bowsaw comes with a drywood blade as standard  and the integrated, ergonomic handle with its built in hand guard helps with knuckle protection.

The high bowed shape of the frame makes this saw ideal for children to work with an adult or in pairs to saw, thereby easing the work load, building muscle memory and fostering team work all at the same time! 
A unique mechanism in the handle makes blade changing and tensioning adjustments effortless.  Green wood and dry wood type replacement blades are available to purchase separately.
Unlike many other brands, these Bahco saws have a unique folding clip type mechanisim on the blade guard which makes it very easy and safe to cover the blade when not in use ensuring safety when in storage.

Always ensure that the blade is dry before it is stored with the blade guard on - wiping a little light oil over the blade before storing will minimise rust forming and keep the blade sharper for longer.
