Delivery Information

Shipping charges
UK delivery is free for all orders over £100.
Orders between £0-£50 have a £4.99 shipping charge and orders between £50-£100 have a £6.99 shipping charge.

Shipping Times
We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible – usually the same or following working day.
The majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail on either a 24 hour or 48 hour tracked delivery service, larger/heavier orders may be sent via Parcelforce or DPD, extremely long or bulky items (such as cooking tripods and workbenches) are sent via APC’s overnight delivery service.

If you need your items urgently please drop us an email or give us a call and we will do our upmost to meet any deadlines you may have.
If your item is not in stock we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated as to when it will arrive.

Any missing or damaged goods must be reported to us within 5 working days of delivery. If your order has not arrived within 1 week of despatch please let us know as we will need to open a case with the relevant courier.

International Shipping
We are happy to ship our products overseas where possible – please drop us an email to info@outdoorlearningresources.co.uk with details of the products you would like to order and your shipping address and we will be able to provide you with a quote.
